Website information and budget estimates
The budget builder provides preliminary examples of scope, features, timing, and annual care-plan pricing. Results are informational and are not a binding quote, contract, guarantee of availability, or promise that every listed feature is appropriate for a particular project.
Project approval
No project begins until both parties approve a written scope, price, payment schedule, responsibilities, timeline, and any project-specific terms. If a proposal or signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project-specific agreement controls.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, and content they have the right to use. Delays in content, approvals, payment, or access may change the delivery schedule. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving final text, images, links, prices, claims, legal notices, and regulatory requirements before launch.
Payments, changes, and refunds
Payment amounts, due dates, deposits, revision limits, and cancellation terms will be stated in the applicable proposal or agreement. Work outside the approved scope may require a change order and additional fees. Amounts already earned for completed work, purchased services, registrations, licenses, or other nonrecoverable costs are generally nonrefundable unless the project agreement states otherwise.
Domains, hosting, and third-party services
Domains, hosting, email, forms, payment tools, plugins, software, and other third-party services may have separate fees, renewal dates, acceptable-use rules, and terms. Service availability and performance may depend on those providers. Ownership and management of domain names and accounts will be defined in the project agreement.
Annual care plans
Care-plan services, renewal pricing, included updates, support limits, and cancellation procedures are defined in the applicable project agreement. Unless expressly included, a care plan does not cover redesigns, new pages, new functionality, emergency work caused by third parties, or customer-created problems.
Intellectual property
Customers retain ownership of content and materials they provide. Ownership or licensing of completed design and development work will be defined in the project agreement and may depend on full payment. We retain ownership of preexisting tools, methods, reusable components, and know-how. We may display completed public work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use forms for spam or abuse.
No warranties
The public website and budget builder are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to this public site. Project-specific warranties, if any, will be stated in the signed project agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this public site. Any project-related liability is governed by the applicable project agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The current version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
